    Hello. While I was using Rank Math something happened that made the site go blank. First time user. Very nervous that my client’s site is no longer online. Please help.

    Hi Jay,

    Thanks a lot for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    If you believe this was caused by Rank Math, please delete the plugin via FTP or ask your web host to do it.

    Then, we can troubleshoot further if your website comes back online after you delete Rank Math. At least we will know what caused it to go down.
