We are using free version of RankMath. Is there a limit in uploading redirection csv file?

CSV import for Redirections has always been part of the PRO plugin. You can’t import it with the Free plugin. Please upgrade to PRO if you want to upload redirections using a CSV file.

As for your last question, the PRO plan doesn’t have limits when uploading redirections via CSV.
Please get in touch with your web host and ask them to set at least the following values:
PHP Memory Limit: 1024M
Max input time: 600
PHP time limit: 240
PHP max input variables: 1000
Then, try uploading the CSV again and see if this improves the situation.
If the issue persists, please share the CSV file with us so we can test it on our end. You may share it using any cloud storage services or wetransfer.com
