Upgrade to the Pro version error message

    I’ve tried to upgrade to Pro but I already purchased the Content Ai. The system wont let me complete the payment. Error message is for me to contact you. How am I supposed to pay for the upgrade to the Pro version if my payment is not accepted?. It is the same form of payment in my account.
    ps: I do not have VPN nor adblockers installed on my computer.
