Access Rank Math’s FastSpring Checkout Page:
- Log in to your Rank Math account area.
- Choose Subscriptions from the left sidebar.
- Navigate to the Payment Methods tab and click the Change Payment Methods button.

Update Payment Method for Rank Math PRO Subscriptions:
- Once you’ve logged in to FastSpring, navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
- Click the Manage button against your subscription and choose Update Payment Method from the drop-down list.

Please do not get me wrong. I do not want to be rude to you, but as I wrote to your bot, the problem is that your system is not working. and not about where I can find the option. I had the same account-issue a few years earlier already.
Here are a few more detail:
I can modify details and add a new payment method but when I try to save it the page reloads and nothing happens, moreover I can update my VAT number at all

Since the subscription you had on your account has long expired to sign up for a new one you need to follow the usual checkout procedure by going to our pricing page here: https://rankmath.com/pricing
There you will also have the option of setting the VAT ID you want to add to this subscription so the invoice reflects the same.
The only option to upgrade directly from our website is when you have an active paid subscription already on the account.
You can also use any payment method you would like which should be added to the account immediately and it will be set as the primary payment method.
