Hi, the previous ticket, I cannot get the answer to my question because it says
You do not have permission to view this topic.
therefore i am submitting a new ticket. I signed up for the Pro plan and was charged in my credit card but in the dashboard or account setting it does not reflect that i am not upgrated, can you help me with that please.
i want to send you a screenshot for the payment but you dont have that feature here, please help me with that.
