I rolled back to 1.0.40.2 and am back up and running for now.
I’m getting the same thing here. Can’t access the setup wizard.
I just rolled back using the instructions above. It went well (maybee I was lucky)
Please give us a notice when it is safe to update.

DO NOT roll back!! It causes even more issues.
This is caused by how the PHP file is named in the plugin directory /plugins/seo-by-rank-math/vendor/cmb2/cmb2/includes/CMB2_Hookup.php. Currently, it’s reporting a critical error where it can’t find a file name CMB2_Hookup.php when in fact the file is named CMB2_hookup.php with a lowercase “h” I renamed the PHP file to an uppercase “H” and it got rid of the error… That fixed it for me!

Updating to the latest version should fix the issue.
