Please exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

Once done, clear your website cache and check the sitemap.

My site uses speed booster for caching and there is no tutorial for this extension. Is there any other way to solve the problem?

Please reach out to the “Speed Booster” team and ask them to exclude all the URLs containing the word sitemap.
In case they do not support such exclusions, you’ll need to enter the URLs of all the sitemaps under the Exclude URLs option under Speed Booster > Caching.
Once done, flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast and see if it fixes the issue: https://i.rankmath.com/pipRDp
