    Hello,

    I bought the rank math pro version, but after there was an update available I couldn’t update rank math pro to the new version, while the normal version had no problems to update. It said I have to contact the rankmath support. After that, I tried first to reconnect my rankmath account, but now it says: “Automatic updates are not available. It seems that you don’t have an active subscription for Rank Math SEO PRO. Please see details and pricing.” I cannot check the field to update rank math pro.

If a Rank Math PRO subscription wasn’t automatically added to your account, please share the purchase details such as date and invoice number so that your PRO subscription can be activated on the correct account.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Please login to your Rank Math PRO account with the email you purchased your subscription at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Then head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect the free account, and reconnect your Rank Math PRO account.
