Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

I logged into your website’s admin area but I was unable to replicate the issue. The meta description and title are getting saved without any issues. Please see the screencast available in the sensitive data section of this ticket and confirm it on your end.

I’ve checked the affected URL you have shared, and it seems that the Max Snippet option is disabled
This will set the number of characters for the snippets provided by the plugin. The default value is -1, which means that the snippet entered in the plugin will be displayed as it is. You can specify the number of characters to display here, but it is recommended to set this to default.

Please try enabling that option and see if your research tool can detect the meta description for your pages.

I’ve checked the affected URL you have shared in the sensitive data, and you haven’t yet enabled the Max Snippet option. I’ve already enabled it for you and please try checking again.
If the issue still persists, the report you are seeing seems a false positive report from the tool you are using. As you can see with my colleague’s screencast in the sensitive data section, the meta description is already showing as well in the page’s source code. You can also verify that using this tool.
