    Rank Math pro

    HI there, we noticed that our subscription expired, we just paid for it and received confirmation emails, when trying to update we get Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.

    And when viewing our account, under the subscriptions page it says that we dont have any.

    Can you suggest what the issue is?

    We have PRO installed here https://www.katachiware.com.au/ and trying to update it to the latest version.

    You can download the PRO plugin files from here:

    Then, install the PRO plugin and reconnect your Rank Math subscription to your domain. You can follow the steps below to reconnect:

    Step 1: Update to the latest version of Rank Math PRO manually: https://rankmath.com/kb/update-rank-math-manually/

    Step 2: Disconnect your account from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help

    Step 3: Reconnect from the same page using the same account you used to make a purchase.
