    Hi,

    I have installed your plugin, however, I get the error “Update failed: Could not create directory.” when I try to update to the latest version.

    Currently, I am on a CentOs7 server, using Nginx, also using a private key from putty, and have disabled password login. I have also added define( ‘FS_METHOD’, ‘direct’ ); to my wp-config.php file, and have both user and group set to Nginx with wp-content and plugins folder have 755 permissions.

    What is the best way to fix this error?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    This issue usually happens due to the file permissions. Since you have already set the permissions correctly, you should contact your host and ask them to look into this. They will be able to resolve this.
