    After updating Rank Math to latest version. I have an error that I can’t change the post title, short description, and keywords.

    Please help us to check

    I’ve tried changing title/description of the URL you’ve shared with us and indeed the title, description or keywords ain’t being saved after making changes.

    However, while troubleshooting the issue using Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin, I’ve disabled all other plugins except Rank Math and it seems to be working perfectly fine and saving titles and other data.

    In this situation, I can confirm that this might be a plugin conflict issue and I’d like to suggest you to disable all other plugin except Rank Math using the plugin I’ve mentioned and enable other plugins one by one to see which exact plugin causing you the issue.

    I’ve tried accessing your website. Unfortunately it’s throwing 404 page. Please make sure you’ve disabled all other plugins except your theme builder/editor and Rank Math only with Health check & Troubleshooting plugin as I mentioned above.     However, We tried enabling the troubleshooting mode on your website but the Health Check plugin isn’t working on your website. I can’t enable back any plugin or specific theme when I enter troubleshooting mode.

    Is it possible for you to create a staging website for us to deeply debug the issue without worrying about breaking your live site? If so, please create one, replicate the issue there and share the admin login here so we can further determine what’s causing this issue.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and verify it?
