Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
The URL you have shared seems to be the actual URL where the video is placed in your banner. Are you referring to that actual URL that got indexed? If not, could you please also share where are you seeing that result where the video got indexed?
You can take a screenshot using this tool or record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issue and edit the first post on this ticket in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure, and only our support staff has access to that section.
Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thank you for that additional information, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked the URL you have provided, and it seems that it is also not containing any video in the content (please correct if I’m wrong), which seems the reason why Google chooses the video ads placed on your banner to display in the video section of Google search results.
Since I’m not seeing any video in the content, is it possible if you can add a video and see if Google still shows the video ads in your banner?
Thank you, and looking forward to your update.
Hi,
thanks a million for the answer.
I can try adding a video in the content to do a test but I don’t want a video at all to show on Facebook. Actually i don’t understand why it’s showing. Is Google trying to add a video because of some settings?
Thanks
TonyHello,
The videos may not be a part of your content on the backend but in the front end, they appears as if to be added as a part of your page content.
Would you please share how you have the videos added to your page?
Looking forward to helping you.

TonyHello,
In default conditions, Google only requires two pieces of information to expose your video in search results: a thumbnail image and a link to the actual video file. Since you are using Youtube linked video, these are provided automatically and hence your video will most probable index.
If you want to block a video from Google Search results, here
are point by Google on how to: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/guidelines/video#block-a-video-from-google-search-resultsHope this helps you.
Thanks a million.
I’ll try with the solutions provided in the link you sent me over.I’ll let you know as soon as i can.
Tony

Hi there,
i tried with the robot option but it doesn’t work.I’m trying now disallowing all links coming from youtube but it’s the same, they are still indexed

Thanks
Hello,
Thanks for your reply.
Could you please replace the existing code for disallowing Youtube videos by
Disallow: */www.youtube.com/*
in your robots.txt file and see if that fixes the issue. After adding the above code, please give Google some time to re-crawl your website and reflect on the changes. Please let us know how that goes.
Thanks.
Thanks Prabhat for the tip but after a week i’m still getting these videos as you can see on link below for those links to http://www.agenziagiornalisticaopinione.it

Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up, and sorry for the delay.
I’ve checked your site, and it is still showing in the Video search results. However, Google hasn’t recrawled your site from the changes you have made.
https://i.rankmath.com/dpn0M0If Google has already crawled your site and the page is still appearing with the youtube video from your sidebar, we can only suggest to
noindex
the post or remove that video you have to stop showing it in the video search results page.I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
