Hello,
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the untimely popup from the Rank Math SEO plugin. To dismiss the “Supercharge Your Content With AI” notice, you can simply click the close button on the right side of the notification, as shown in the screenshot below:
If clicking the close button and changing the page doesn’t dismiss the notice, you can try clearing your browser cache. Additionally, you can navigate to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Database Tools inside your WordPress dashboard and then click Remove Transients. This should resolve the issue.
If you encounter any further difficulties or if the notice persists even after dismissing it, please feel free to reach out to our support team directly, and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.

How to Install Rank Math PRO Using Composer?
Hi,
Thanks for your answer. However, this is not the popup i’m talking about.
Please check the capture I sent: https://ibb.co/VM3CF9r
This popup appears on the vendor dashboard, wish is not the wordpress dasboard. There is no cross, and it’s not possible to close it and actually lock all the page so my vendors can’t create a new product.
Regards,
Hello, I have the same problem. It is impossible to use Rank Math because of this popup. Please let us know, how to stop this. This is really annoying!
@Adnan,
I could hide the popup using this css:
#rank_math_metabox_content_ai{
display:none!important;
}
But i hope we can have a real solution.
Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
That banner should only show on the Content AI page.
For troubleshooting, please try clearing your website’s cache and transients on your WordPress dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools
And reconnect your website to your Rank Math account:
https://rankmath.com/kb/website-not-shown-in-account/
Let us know how this goes.
If you do not need this Content AI feature, or need to do something urgently, just disable this, temporarily or permanently, from RankMath > Modules > disable (toggle button). Clearing cache, and removing transients while connected to my RankMath account did not help.
Hello,
Please enable the Role Manager module in WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard. Then navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Role Manager and disable the Content AI permission for the Vendor role.
If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section.
You can use WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
