  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

You mentioned that you’re also using Rank Math PRO, could you please share the email address you used to purchase Rank Math PRO so that we can update the records?

Coming to the issue, could you confirm if you’re referring to the Cornerstone page builder by Themeco? If yes, for initial troubleshooting, please keep only Rank Math Free active with Cornerstone and a default WordPress theme and see if the issue still persists.

You can also follow this guide to follow the above process: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Let us know how that goes.

Yes we are using Rank Math PRO. We purchased for rimrubber.com. I will share email if it’s required.

Yes we are using Themeco cornerstone page builder. I don’t think that will helpful which is you recommended. Because as i mention before when i deactivate Rank Math Free plugin our page builder works fine. If we enable the Rank Math Free plugin the show error ‘This element not render due to invalid markup. You may have unclosed HTML tags in your content.’

So please check you plugin codes i believe somewhere you missed to closing tags please fix that.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hey there,

If issue from our settings then how it works on v1.0.82 ? I clearly explain issue not from our end. so kindly please check your code. and thanks for your suggestion we already installed around 40+ plugins in our site we don’t want to install more also my team will not agree to provide FTP or site access.

    Issue trigger from seo-by-rank-math/includes/modules/analytics: class-analytics-stats.php

    So i did following things
    – removed file class-analytics-stats.php
    – removed line 49 from class-analytics-common.php
    – removed function remove_frontend_stats from rest/class-rest.php
    – removed line 110 to 118 from views/options.php

After that its working fine, so this is max i can do, i don’t why you create that Analytics_Stats class but its conflict with cornerstone kindly please fix that.

    Thank you

I couldn’t reproduce the issue you mentioned on my setup. Can you please share the steps or record a video and share it in the Sensitive Data Section?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello there,

I hope you tried with cornerstone builder. Here is some video for your REF.

    Issue we faced:

    How i fix that:

When you first said Cornerstone plugin, we thought you were referring to the free Cornerstone plugin that is on wp.org.

Since Cornerstone Builder is a Premium plugin, can you please share the plugin files so we can check this issue on our setup?

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hey there,

We are using Themeco PRO Cornerstone Builder.

I cant share plugin or any other files, need to check with my team. I don’t think they will allow.

Anyways i shared my issue and solution how i fix that, we move forward with this. In future if you have opportunity to fix this issue.

    It will be very helpful

    Thank you

We will try to get in touch with the ThemeCo team to check the compatibility issues. Since you mentioned, that the Analytics stats bar is showing the unclosed HTML tags error, instead of changing the code in the file you can disable the Frontend Stats from General settings: https://rankmath.com/kb/general-settings/#num-11-11-frontend-stats-bar

I hope that helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance with anything else.

    Thank you so much Pratik

    Glad that helped.

Meanwhile, please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you have other questions to assist you further.

    We are here to help.

    Thank you.
