Uncapable of use the Content AI Subscription credits

    Hello,

    I have a Content AI Subscription for $19.00 a year that is supposed to give me 5000 credits a month, but I am not able to use that credit. I have tried everything you say on the tutorials and nothing, Could your please show me hoe to do it?

    1. Ensure you are logged into your Rank Math account that has an active Content AI Subscription.
    2. Access the Content AI feature within your Rank Math plugin.
    3. When making a Content AI Research request, each request will cost 500 Credits.
    4. Every word generated using Content AI will consume 1 Credit.
    5. If you have exhausted your monthly credits, you have a few options:
      • Wait until the next month for the credits to replenish.
      • Upgrade your subscription to a higher plan.
      • If you already have the highest plan, you can reset your credits for the remainder of that month by paying a nominal one-time fee.

    The credits are available in your account. Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math SEO > Dashboard > Help and disconnect & reconnect your Rank Math account.

    After that, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    Once done, please go back to using Content AI, and it should work without any issues.
