unable to write or change the title and keywords on category pages

From your screenshot, you should click the “Edit Snippet” button to change the meta title and description of your category.

Could you please confirm if you’re getting any errors upon doing so?

Please also check if there are any Javascript errors in your browser console upon editing your pages and share the error.
