Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Rank Math Table of Contents on mobile devices. If you are experiencing difficulties viewing the links to the headers in the content on mobile, it might be related to the settings or compatibility.
To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:
-
Check TOC Settings: Ensure that you have not excluded any headings from appearing in the Table of Contents block. You can access these settings by clicking on the block and navigating to Settings. Make sure all headings are included.
-
Exclude Headings: Confirm that you have not accidentally excluded any headings from appearing in the Table of Contents block. You can verify this by going to Block → Settings → EXCLUDE HEADINGS.
If after checking these settings, the issue persists, it might be related to a bug causing higher-level headings to disappear when lower-level headings are added before them. Our team is aware of this issue and is working on a fix for it in a future update.
In the meantime, you can monitor our changelog here for updates on bug fixes and improvements.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this issue for you.
Let me know if you need further assistance!

Hello,
This is happening because your theme is setting the nav elements to not be displayed below 1000px
in width, so for mobile devices.
For troubleshooting, please add this specific CSS to the website:
#rank-math-toc > nav {
display: block;
}
This can be added by going to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. If you’re unable to find the CSS option, you may get in touch with your theme provider for assistance applying the code.
After that, clear the caching and test the pages once again on a mobile device.
Let us know how this goes.
