Followed the process specified in the article and I found that the RankMath is conflicting with Gutenberg. As of now, I have disabled the Gutenberg plugin and everything is working fine. But I am still worried about the in-future conflict of RankMath with any other plugin.

Thanks for the follow up.
The conflict with the standalone Gutenberg plugin is a known issue.
As there are many experimental changes being done in the Gutenberg plugin, we are unable to fix the issue without breaking the Block editor present in the WordPress core, so, we have to wait for some time.
This should not cause any worry about conflicts with other plugins since the current version is stable.
