Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

Even with all plugins disabled (including Rank Math) and using an official theme (Twenty Twenty), the calls to the WordPress API are blocked and your editor has troubles working fine.
You get these errors I shared in the Sensitive Data section. So it seems you should contact your hosting support and ask them to check if your server is blocking those calls (you could share the logs I entered in the Sensitive Data section to help them to trace the issue).
