From the screenshot you’ve shared, we can see the Block settings are appearing above the Analytics settings of Rank Math which is not normal. In this case, please make sure you’re using the latest version of the Rank Math plugin on your website: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/
If the issue still persists, then you can try to follow this guideline to check if any of your plugins/theme is conflicting with Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
