    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

    I can confirm that your profile has the PRO subscription already.

    Please head over to your Rank Math account page and click on the “DOWNLOAD” button to download the latest Rank Math PRO version.

    If that doesn’t work, try downloading it using a different browser or in an incognito window.

    Then, head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and connect your paid Rank Math account to activate the PRO plugin.

    If the account is already connected but you are still prompted to upgrade to the PRO version, you may disconnect the account on the same page and reconnect it.
