Unable to save meta data options for woocommerce category

    Hello,

    I have a problem with editing my meta data on my WooCommerce product categories.

    When I set a category to no index or edit a meta description and save, when the page reloads, the changes are not taken into account.

    I’ve tried to see if one of my plugins was causing a conflict with rank math by deactivating them all (except woocommerce), changing the theme, deactivating, reactivating and reinstalling the rank math plugin, but it doesn’t change anything. Of course, I also have the latest version of rank math.

    Finally, I also checked if there were any javascript errors as your chatbot recommended and here’s what appeared:

    Thank you for your feedbacks.

    I put the url in the Authorized Urls section of wordfence in the firewall settings and unfortunately the problem is still not solved.

    I also realize that when I go to the sitemap of my sitemap of my site, I do not have direct access to the url of the sitemap of product categories from it.

    I have to go to the sitemap rank math options at the product category level to retrieve the url and access it.

    I’ve never had this happen on any of my other sites with the same settings (all sitemaps are normally enabled) for all these problems.

    Hello,

    I’ve just logged on to test rank math, upadate a meta description and put some product categories in no index again and it’s working again for some reason that escapes me.

    I don’t know if it was you who solved the problem by accessing the FTP (if so, please let me know what you did) or a rank math upgrade that did it, but many thanks for your help.

    It seems to work well too on the others sites.
