The credits (0/7500) you see on your account page indicate that you have used 0 credits and you still have 7500 remaining credits, so it is clear that you have successfully purchased the Content AI.

If you don’t see these credits on your website’s dashboard, please try re-activating your Rank Math plugin. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

Then, head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

Once done, please go back to using Content AI and it should work without any issues.
