It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

I have just logged in to your site but I could not reproduce the issue. The Rank Math options such as the Facebook share image save normally when I set a new image. Please test this out from a different device or browser and let us know if there are any issues.

That wasn’t the problem. I just went through the Wizard again and this time it seems to be saving the changes I make. It wasn’t doing things like saving the logo before and was saying I wasn’t allowed to go through the last few steps in Advanced. I guess it worked itself out of whatever was wrong.
