Unable to include media in sitemap

    I have given a link to the screenshot in sensitive data. Here I am unable to SWITCH ON the option- include media in sitemap.

    Showing there – “To generate attachment sitemap disable attachment redirection to parent.”

    I can’t understand what is attachment redirection and how to enable the sitemap for media.

    Please help and guide me.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Media pages in WordPress are pages which contain only your image. Since it is thin content, it is usually not included in sitemaps nor indexed, to avoid SEO Problems. That is why the attachment pages are usually redirected to the post where the image comes from.
