    I am unable to generate new blog post ideas with the help of Content AI. Message display “Sorry, the request has failed. If the issue persists, please contact our Support for assistance.”

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and we apologize for any trouble you are having with Content AI. We are here to help you resolve it as soon as possible.

    To make sure that Content AI works properly, please follow these steps:

    Update your Rank Math plugin to the latest version. You can find the changelog here: https://rankmath.com/changelog/free/

    Clear the transients in your database. You can do this by going to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients.

    Then head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.

    Once done, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
