Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues connecting to Google Services. It seems like your website isn’t appearing in the drop-down box for Search Console and site. This can be frustrating, but we’re here to help.
To resolve this issue, we recommend checking the following:
-
Ensure that you have added and verified the correct property in Google Search Console. Here’s a guide on how to do that: Adding a Property to Google Search Console.
-
Double-check your website’s robots.txt file to ensure that it’s not blocking Googlebot from accessing your site. You can use the robots.txt testing tool from Google to check your file.
-
If you’re using Rank Math, you can also test the connection with your Google account by heading over to Rank Math SEO → General Settings → Analytics and clicking the Test Connections option.
If you’ve already tried these steps and are still experiencing issues, please click the “Assign to agent” button below, and one of our support team members will assist you further.
Thank you for reaching out to us, Crystal!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
You would need to have a verified Google Analytics and Google Search Console property, if you do not have, please follow the attached link to create one.
To make sure that everything works correctly please go through this article to connect your Google Account with Rank Math properly: https://rankmath.com/kb/connect-your-google-account/
Also, please verify using the URL prefix and ensure that you have verified the correct version of your website on the Google Search Console (HTTP or HTTPS, www or non-www).
You can follow our guide here to create the URL Prefix property:
https://rankmath.com/kb/google-site-verification/#num-1-1-open-google-search-console
The URL-prefix property also helps keep your sitemap in sync with Google Search Console as we submit it automatically for you. In addition, the domain property won’t work correctly on some sections of the Analytics module such as the IndexStatus.
Let us know how this goes.
Thank you.
