I’ve tried adding the Twitter username on our test installs, and both processes seem to work fine.
In this case, assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
If the issue persists, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested.
I am facing 2 issues at the moment-
First, I am unable to add/edit social media links of Kadence theme Author box. I took this issue to them and they said this might be because of conflict between seo plug-in I am using (rank math) and theme. For this, I had to install additional plug-in Author Bio box to edit my social links. I tried adding/removing my social links from Rank Math but that didn’t work.
Second, Rank Math is not able to pull my Twitter username and my website’s H1 heading.

I’ve checked your site, and I’m able to save a Twitter Username under Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Social Meta. I’ve attached a screencast in the sensitive data section.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to view the user’s profile due to the access you have provided for us to check.
I tried adding/removing my social links from Rank Math but that didn’t work.
Could you please confirm if these social links you’re referring to are located in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Social Meta? If so, you will see in the screencast that I’ve removed the Facebook URL and the settings were saved.

Where are you experiencing this issue? I’ve checked a sample post, but I’m unable to replicate this.
In this case, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the issues so we can advise accordingly.

I am so sorry about the error, didn’t know about the permissions of the plugin. I have provided login access the normal way, with generated password.
The “Rank Math is not able to pull my Twitter username and my website’s H1 heading.” error I am seeing is when I run SEO analysis via Rank Math Plugin.
And yes, I was referring to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Social Meta. I see the Twitter username is currently set to “rankmathsampleusername“. Should I keep it as it is? I thought I need to add my Twitter username here.

I also tried removing/adding the Facebook URL and the settings were saved without any issues.
For your other error, the SEO Analysis was not updating because of the cache.
I went ahead and cleared the SEO Analysis cache at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Clear SEO Analysis, also cleared the WP-Rocket cache.
Then, I ran the SEO Analysis again and it got updated, the Twitter profile error is fixed.
You should add your Twitter username in that field instead of rankmathsampleusername(We used it for testing).
