Please make sure that you enable the debugging on the website and then trigger the error once again to generate an error log with more information.

What you can also do is install the “WP Debugging” plugin temporarily to trigger the error and show the screenshot of the complete error with us so we can advise further.

Looking at the error it seems that there are tables on your website that don’t have an auto-increment primary key which causes the issue.
The ones that are causing the issue with our plugin are the ones about ActionScheduler library.
We would recommend that you get in touch with your hosting provider and ask them to add the auto-increment flag to the tables so that this issue goes away and the plugin can be installed.

You can access your database using phpMyAdmin or a similar tool > locate the primary key column > Edit the column structure and check the Auto-Increment checkbox > Save.
