Can you please share your sitemap URL with us? So that we can check.
Meanwhile, make sure you’ve enabled Author Archives from Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Author
If it’s already enabled, please check if the option Add SEO Controls option is enabled there.
That should enable the SEO Meta box in user settings and generate a sitemap for authors/users as well.
If the sitemap is not being generated even after following the steps above, please try following the steps below to see if that works for you.
1. Flush the Sitemap cache by following this video screencast:

2. Exclude the Sitemap files of the Rank Math plugin in your caching plugin. The cache could be via a plugin or from the server. For plugins or Cloudflare, please follow this article:

3. If the above steps doesn’t seem to work, kindly apply the following filter code to your site.
add_filter( 'rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

hi, thank you for that, the author sitemap is now included, I do see the rank math meta box in the user settings. The author sitemap shows only 1 single user, but not the 50+ ultimate member users.

I set the caching as shown and cleared the sitmap cache as shown.
Do you have any hint how to add the Ulimate Member users to the author sitemap?

Hello,
Rank Math doesn’t add the authors in sitemap with empty posts. Means, the authors at least need to publish one page/post to get included in sitemap.
The only author that I can see behind every posts/page is: https://www.timus.at/author/fuhrmann/
Hence, Rank Math is only including that particular author to your sitemap.
You can change any page or posts author and check your sitemap to see if the new author is being shown on sitemap.
