You can roll back to a version of Rank Math down to 1.0.52.3 by heading to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control.
It is not recommended to install older versions of Rank Math as it will cause more issues with the current version of WordPress, PHP, and the other plugins.
If you prefer, we can help you fix your issue with your current Rank Math version.

that would be great, I do not have the screenshot anymore as I removed the rankmath plugin to install it again, but it is still a problem for me as I would loose the metadescriptions, etc. what I got is the link to the support page with very similar error:

Could you also provide your WordPress and PHP versions? You can get those details in WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info > WordPress/Server. That issue should be fixed in our latest update.
