You can go to WordPress Dashboard > Users > Your Profile.
Use your website instead of personal information. Rank Math pulls the author information from here and from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Social Meta.
As for the option of removing the author information, we do not have that but if you are good with coding – you can use this filter:

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly I didn’t expect to hear from you till next week.
Unfortunately your suggestion to change the coding will not work for me, I am 70 yrs of age and while I can do most of the things I need to build and manage my WP site, I think it’s better if I stick to altering the profile info which sounds safer :-).
