Trying to pay for the PRO version

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using other credit cards instead. You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

    I’m still having the same problem. I have tried paying with three credit cards and through PayPal, and from different browsers. This has never happened to me, I have always been able to pay without problems in euros, dollars or pounds. I will try soon from another computer.

    Also, if you are using a Proxy or VPN, please disable that and use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

    I have tried from three computers and a mobile phone, from my office and from home, and from the Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers and I cannot make the payment. I have even changed the language. It always returns the same message. I do not know what to do. I make payments continuously and have never had this problem.

    We are really sorry about that but can you please try using the credit card directly on the website to make the payment?

    For some reason, the PayPal payments keep getting declined as they are being flagged by our payment processor. Our processor has very rigid risk parameters so that might be why your usual payment method isn’t working on our website.

    Sorry, but I have tried multiple credit cards and PayPal and the problem persists. I have deleted all the browser history, cookies, etc. and I have tried from different devices in different locations … Today I have made payments to https://neilpatel.com/es/ubersuggest/ (from PayPal) in Dollars and to https: // uk. copify.com/ (with credit card) in Pounds. Anyway, I will continue investigating … Is there a possibility that you will send me a direct link to the payment in PayPal or another manager?

    Unfortunately, we do not have a direct link for PayPal. We completely understand that your cards are fine and it is only an issue using your card/PayPal on our platform.

    We will talk to our payment processor as well and see if there is a way to sort this from our end as well.
