    Can you please confirm to us if you’re seeing the correct number of credits when you log in to your rankmath.com/my-account/websites?

    If you’re seeing the correct number of credits here like in the image above, then you can go ahead to connect rankmath.com and your website. Disconnecting and then reconnecting your account should simply work.

    1 . Please verify that you’re running the latest versions of the Rank Math plugins. According to the Rank Math changelog https://rankmath.com/changelog, the current version of Rank Math Free is v1.0.204.

    2. Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account as shown in the images below:

    3. Once done, please try to refresh the credits from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Content AI and see if that works for you. Here’s a screenshot for reference:

    You should be seeing your correct Content AI credit and you can continue using the Content AI. If not, please let us know and we’ll be happy to investigate it further.
