There is no data added in the sensitive section. If you have any caching plugin, please exclude your sitemap URLs from caching and purge your site cache then do the following:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and change links per sitemap to a different value such as 201/501/1001/2001. This will force the sitemap to update. Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
You can test your sitemap in a private browser to avoid browser caching.
If the issue persists, let us know so we can investigate this further.

It seems your sitemap is still being cached. I have checked your site plugin and it doesn’t seem to be on your site so it is likely by your host. To confirm this, I disabled the sitemap module in Rank math dashboard and cleared all your site cache and the sitemap seems to be still loading( without cache, the sitemap should lead to 404 if the sitemap module is disabled), you can check this in the srceencast I have added in the sensitive section.
Please check with your server to ensure your sitemap is no longer being cached.
