Troubles with Sitemap updating from Yoast to RankMath

I recently transferred from Yoast (deactivated) to RankMath (activated). What I am trying to do is solve for why, when I click the Sitemap URL under the RankMath tab, it navigates to an older sitemap from the deactivated plugin: β€œGenerated by YoastSEO, this is an XML Sitemap, meant for consumption by search engines.” (see sensitive data)

I create pages, the pages are not displayed in the sitemat

Could you help me solve this problem for pages displayed in sitemap ?

    Thanks πŸ™‚

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

There is no data added in the sensitive section. If you have any caching plugin, please exclude your sitemap URLs from caching and purge your site cache then do the following:

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks

    Hit the save button once.

    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings and change links per sitemap to a different value such as 201/501/1001/2001. This will force the sitemap to update. Hit the save button once.

    That should fix the issue.

You can test your sitemap in a private browser to avoid browser caching.

If the issue persists, let us know so we can investigate this further.

Thank you for your feedback and responsiveness πŸ™‚

I have made all of your recommendations, but the problem is still not resolved: the pages are not displayed in the sitemat

    Can you please check further?

    Thank you πŸ™‚

    Hello,

Of course! To do that, please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I don’t see your website domain added in the Sensitive Data section so we can’t log in, could you check it?

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello,

Excuse me for relaunching you, but it is urgent in order to index the pages.

    Have you solved the problem?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

It seems your sitemap is still being cached. I have checked your site plugin and it doesn’t seem to be on your site so it is likely by your host. To confirm this, I disabled the sitemap module in Rank math dashboard and cleared all your site cache and the sitemap seems to be still loading( without cache, the sitemap should lead to 404 if the sitemap module is disabled), you can check this in the srceencast I have added in the sensitive section.

Please check with your server to ensure your sitemap is no longer being cached.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
