Trouble hooking up to Google Analytics

    Rank Math free

I can’t get hooked up to Google Analytics on a site I’m building for a client, gmosttherapy.com. I was successful in doing so on my own site (exeyesoftware.com). I have no idea what the problem is.

I’ve set up a Google Search Console account for the site. If I go to Rank Math SEO -> Analytics I see data (though it’s not yet up to date). If I go to Rank Math SEO -> General Settings -> Analytics, in the Search Console block, “site” shows https://www.gmosttherapy.com but not the https://gmosttherapy.com version. The “Enable the Index Status tab” switch doesn’t work. I am using Chrome.

In the “Analytics” block, there’s nothing in the “Account” dropdown list. I have “Install analytics code” turned on.

How can I get this to work?

    Thank you!

  • Hello,

I apologize for the trouble you are facing with hooking up Google Analytics on the site gmosttherapy.com. Thank you for providing detailed information about the issue you are encountering.

Based on the information you provided, it seems like there might be a configuration issue with connecting Google Analytics to Rank Math on the gmosttherapy.com site. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Enable the Analytics Module: Ensure that the Analytics module is enabled from the Rank Math Dashboard. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO and activating the Analytics module.

      Enable the Analytics module

    2. Connect Rank Math with Google Services: Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Analytics and choose to Connect Your Rank Math Account if you haven’t already done so. Select the email account you want to connect with Rank Math and grant all the necessary permissions to connect with your Google account.

      Connect your Rank Math account

    3. Check Account Dropdown List: If the “Account” dropdown list is empty in the Analytics block, it indicates that the connection between Rank Math and Google Analytics might not be established correctly. Please ensure that you have followed all the steps mentioned in the connection process.

If after following these steps, you still encounter issues with connecting Google Analytics, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will assist you further.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in resolving this matter.

    Best regards.
