Trouble getting “Enable index status tab” to turn on

    I am new to starting a website, so every step is a learning process.
    I have been following your Rank Math installation configuration instructions 1 step at at Time. I think I did everything correct so far, but then I got to Section 2.2 “Connecting Rank Math with Google Services”
    When I do this, I then get to section 2.3 “Enable the index status tab under under search console”. I follow the directions and type my website in the box “Site”, since it does not appear in the dropdown. However, once I leave the box, the website I just put into the “Site box” does not stay. I read troubleshooting things on web and it said that I need to make sure that the “Enable index status tab” is turned to on, but it will not let me turn this on, and it will not let me change this. It just stays off. I then read more help, which suggested I go into WordPress and go to analytics panel and turn it on there. I go into there and as soon as I go in the Rank math, then I go into “analytics” tab, I immediately get a white box that says the following:
    Track Keyword Performance
    Keep an eye on losing words
    Built-in Keyword Rank Tracker
    UPGRADE-Green Box

    So I get that blue text in a box and it will not let me click anything else and I have no option of turning on the Analytics box.

    Please tell me how I can get around this so that my Rank Math will be able to complete the installation/configuration.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please note that you can’t manually enter the website when configuring the Google Search Console in our analytics settings as you would need to select what is listed in the dropdown.

    If you can’t find your site in the dropdown list, then please ensure that you have given full permission for Rank Math to read the Google Search Console data.

    First, log in to your website in an incognito window. Then remove access to Rank Math from your Google account and reconnect with your Google account, give all the permissions, and configure the settings.
