You had specified a canonical URL in your category under the advanced tab of Rank math metabox. it seems like that one of the links that i was trying to fix with.
i think i found the issue,
when i check the AR version first with that tool, it gives erorr, but if i check the EN version then the AR version both gives ok green.
i am not sure, if its a caching issue
