You can import your metadata to Rank Math via a CSV file. Here’s a link for more information:

Also, we have compatibility with WPSSO Core as you can see here: https://rankmath.com/compatibility/wpsso-core/
Lastly, if you are using that plugin for all your Schema needs you can switch off the Schema module from our plugin under WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard if you wanted to use it alongside Rank Math.

thanks for the quick reply and the nice information.
Im glad im able to bulk import meta data. Unfortunately I cant find a way to export the data from WPSSO. Is there going to be a conflict when using meta data from SSO?
Great there is a compatibility. But what is this compatibility about? There is no information about that.
What is the smartest way to move schema from SSO to Rank Math?
I could import the current pages right?
Please help me on that one…

Kindly contact customer support of the WPSSO plugin regarding the exporting option.
You can use the import option from Rank Math which my colleague has discussed above to import all of your schema data too.
