Transfer credits to the email connected to my pro account

    I just purchased Content AI, but I used a different email than what is associated with my Rank Math Pro account associated with my WordPress website.

    I am needing the Content AI purchased under m**********@g******** to be merged with t******************@g******** account.

    To merge the Content AI credits purchased under m**********@g******** with the t******************@g******** account, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account using the email address associated with your Rank Math Pro account: Log in to Rank Math.

    2. Once logged in, click on the Websites tab. Your Content AI credits will be displayed at the top of the screen.

    3. If your credits are visible, please proceed with the steps provided in this knowledgebase article: How to Restore Missing Content AI Credits.

    4. If your credits are missing, there is likely a mismatch between the emails on your Rank Math and Content AI accounts. In that case, you should contact our support team to merge both accounts or transfer your credits to the email connected to your account.
