Please note that ranking on Google depends on so much more than just your on-page optimization. You could have the perfect article and still struggle to break the top 10 in SERPs. Here are some of the factors Google considers when ranking you:
1. Your website’s authority
2. Your content’s quality and how better it is than the other article currently ranking.
3. How competitive the keyword is.
4. How many backlinks you have and if they are better than what the other guys ranking for that keyword have.
5. Your website’s crawlability.
6. Frequency of new content and content updates.

1. You can use any Table of Contents plugin you like. HEre are some of the ones we recommend:

2. You can use either option. If you wish to use the SEO Meta description as description for your Schema, then use %seo_Description%. If you want to use some initial paras from your content – then use %excerpt%. It is your choice.
3. We do not recommend making image links nofollow. You can selectively nofollow external links if you link out to affiliate links.
4. %term_description% is better.

1. If you are using a Static Page as a Home Page, you will have to go to that page and inside the editor, you will find the Rank Math panel, where you can optimize it. I have attached a screencast where you can see it: https://i.rankmath.com/VCVk06
If you are not using a Static Page, you can optimize your Home Page by going to the WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math plugin Dashboard > Titles and Meta > Homepage and there edit whatever you want. I have attached a screencast where you can see it: https://i.rankmath.com/TY8siZ
2. Since you say you want to rank your homepage for your domain name, you should think about your domain name as a keyword. It means you should optimize your homepage for that keyword, just like we show you in the previous guides on how to rank for any other keyword.

Let’s say your website name is “website.com” and you want your homepage to rank for that word, so when people search in Google for “website.com”, the first result is your homepage.
In that case, it is as I told you, it is just another keyword and because of that, you have to optimize the homepage around that keyword.
So, since you already know the keyword you are trying to rank there, you would need to follow those guides:
