Traffic data not loading

1. Check if you’ve added the Google Analytics tracking code to your site. You can look for the presence of the measurement ID (G-XXXXXX) in the source code or search for google_gtagjs to trace the measurement ID in the source code easily.

2. Ensure that the GA4 property selection in the Rank Math Analytics settings is connected with the correct Google Analytics property for fetching and displaying the data in the Analytics property.

3. If you aren’t using any external plugin or theme to add the tracking code, enable the Install Analytics code option under Rank Math’s Analytics settings.

4. After enabling the Analytics code, clear your site’s cache and check for the tracking code added to the front end.

5. Use Google’s Tag Assistant to verify if the correct Analytics code has been added to the frontend.

6. Ensure that the Google Analytics tracking code is implemented correctly on all pages of your website.

If the issue still persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

1. At first add the following filter to your website:

add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=action-scheduler&status=pending

When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
