We temporarily disabled the Rank Math plugin on your website and we can see the ToC still appears on the footer of your blog post. Please check the screencast in the sensitive data section for your reference.
As you’re using the LuckyWP Table of Contents plugin, we suggest you get in touch with them as they’re in a better position to assist you with this one.
However, after deactivating the Rank Math plugin, your website has disconnected from your Rank Math account. Please head over to your WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there try to connect your account again.

You can use the Rank Math Table of Contents only in the Gutenberg block editor.
