I’m sorry to inform you that, this feature is only a Gutenberg block. There’s no way to use this feature from our plugin in other page builders/editors.
If you do not use the block editor, you may try one of the other plugins listed in the following article to add a table of contents to your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/table-of-contents/
