Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.

There is no code or setting that you need to use to remove the pages from the search results. Since you have removed the pages from the site, Google will automatically remove them from the SERPs once they recrawl those URLs. You will have to wait for a recrawl or use the URL inspection tool of GSC account to request a manual recrawl.
