  • Hello, I apologize for the issue you are facing with the image titles not being shown in the image SEO sitemap even though you have enabled the image SEO option to include all titles.

If you have enabled the Image SEO module in Rank Math and still can’t see the image titles, please head over to General Settings → Images from the Rank Math menu to access the Image SEO features. If the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to the Rank Math support team for further assistance by opening a support ticket here. They will be able to provide more specific guidance based on your website’s configuration.

Thank you for raising this concern, and I hope it gets resolved promptly.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your patience.

Please note that the sitemaps by default do not contain image titles as we only include the number of images per URL:

    image

    Looking forward to helping you.

That isnt the actual XML code that google reades itself – look at the XML and you will see in other sitemaps for example on shopify image the actual image filename and title is shown – you are looking at the html version of it produced by the browser – look at the actual XML code – not sure why i am having to teach / tell you this.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the confusion earlier.

When you check the sitemap source code, you can see the image URLs. However, as we stated earlier, image titles are not included.

However, you don’t have to be bothered about this because whenever you have an image in a post, page, or product, Rank Math will tell the search engines about it and they will crawl your images. This is usually enough to get your images indexed and ranked by the search engines.

Just like your page URL, the image URL is all that is needed for search engines to crawl the image and then capture the image title.

Hope this clarifies the issue. Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thank you.
