    If the changes are not saving while using Rank Math, please check if you have any firewall as there are chances that it will prevent saving the data.

    I logged in to your website and checked the settings.

    The updateMeta route is returning a 403 error, I have already whitelisted the route in Wordfence:

    In this case, you should ask your web host why the files are showing 403 error and ask them to whitelist the route:
    /wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta

    I logged into your website’s admin area and was able to replicate the issue. Upon checking, I found that the updateMeta route is getting blocked. Here’s a screenshot: https://i.rankmath.com/clgFg5

    I tried whitelisting the route in WordFence but the issue persists. Please get in touch with your web host and see if they’re blocking the route from their end.

    If the issue persists, please share the exact directory of the website when accessing via FTP.

    The hosting company has confirmed that the route is not being blocked by them. I have already added the FTP login information is in the designated sensitive data section.
