Title Added – Footer

Google shows the title tag according to the search intent.

The best you can do is optimize your meta tags to try and match the intent of the search/keyword.

Moreover, it seems like you are using Footer word in the H2 tag and that is probably why Google is thinking that it is somehow related and showing that instead of the title you set:
