    I can not reopen the ticket and can not comment it. Please reopen the ticket #249317 and give a status update.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    It’s perfectly normal for the bot to close stale tickets but that doesn’t mean that we can’t override it and add the information there when a fix is available for the issue you reported.

    We always inform the users, even if the tickets are closed when the fix becomes available for any issues they report and we identify as a bug.

    Hello Miguel,

    thanks for your answer. I was confused, because i couldn’t change the status of the ticket. Seemed like a bug to me, because i tried to change the status and that didn’t work and got back to the “resolved” status.

    Are there any news for the redirect-ticket? This problem exists for over two months now. I was wondering if you have any updates?

    Regarding the redirect issue, we still don’t have a fix available and we usually don’t give any ETAs for situations like this because all the bug fixes need to pass our Q&A before being added to the plugin.

    Rest assured that as soon as we have a fix for this your other ticket will be updated and someone from our support team will inform you that the bug is fixed.
